Relatively new agent. Sr. Staff accountant by day and RE agent by night, my wife and I hope to jump into buy/hold SF or MF rentals soon.

Wanting to build a portfolio of about 5 rentals in Arizona.
I have always used a property management company, now I am going to manage on my own, starting with one rental.

Have been a wholesaler, rehabber, landlord off and on since 1991 when I bought my first condo to live in and renovate. I was a co-owner of a local HomeVestors(R) Franchise in 2003-2005 but I very much prefer to remain independent.
