I am Gunnar, I'm 20 years old and I'm learning to be a real estate investor so I don't have to rely on a 9-5 job for all my money like the rest of my family. I'm a full time college student at UofA studying Psychology but I'm studying real estate whenever I have free time.
Currently, I am knee deep into learning everything there is to know about REI. I work full time as am I trying to make my first flip. From there, I plan on many more.
