I currently live in Jersey City where I bought my first house and I work for an architecture firm.
My partner and I own three properties together. We have a long-term renter in our Long Beach condo, live in our Pasadena home, and just acquired our first short-term rental in the Big Bear area. We got bit by the real estate bug after purchasing our STR and listening to BP podcasts and reading Pace Morby, Amanda Hahn, and Avery Carl's books....
lost my shirt when the market tanked, now it's time to pick myself up and get back to work.I currently have my real estate license and my Mortgage loan origination license.
