I bought a three unit building, remodeled them, live in one and rent the other two units.
I loved remodeling it, eventough it was very challenge, I have no experience of that magnitud and I'm still dealing with all my mistakes.

My name is Eric Westermeyer at this moment I have minimal experience in the real estate market having owned only 2 multi family properties several years ago, and by multiple family I mean 2 homes with upper and lower units, 4 total. I am looking into my options as far as getting into the game.
