Am based in London and will have some funds available to invest in property - build and sell is an area I am currently looking into - am not risk averse. Also renovations - open to partnerships ...as long as we all make a decent ROI am not fussed about %.
Open to suggestions - but I do have an anal accountant - so everything is run past...
