I specialize in process improvement and workflow efficiency. I move out to Seattle three years ago for some freelance gigs in various industries.

Experience:
I currently only have 9 rentals in CO and MO and recently completed a 1031 exchange on the Colorado Property. Now that I have completed that process I am ready to roll. I am trying to gather up as much info as I can on BRRRR & Turnkey operations both out of state and instate in order to find good deals....
Need to buy rental properties every year (possible multiple in a year) in next 10-15 yrs keeping "buy and hold" strategy in mind.
