I am new to real estate and looking to start/build a portfolio in Houston/Dallas. I split my time between both cities and am interested in both. I am also interested in Crowdfunded deals.
My husband and I have a real estate investment company and we are ready to take it to the next level. We have flipped a couple of homes and recently purchased a commercial building with tenants. We enjoy the work involved in bringing a home back to life and are always on the lookout for our next deal.
I am currently in the insurance industry and own an agencies. Real Estate has always been something I have been interested in getting into, but just have never pulled the trigger. I am looking to learn as much about it as I can.
