I am married to a beautiful woman named Jessica and we have no children at this point in our lives. We both love to travel more than anything. That is our main passion in life.
I currently own my own aviation consulting business and have for 16 years. I'm not happy investing in a stock market at all and want to learn more about the real estate investing business. I'm 60 years old and want to earn some passive income but plan on continuing my consultant business.
I've been in IT for 15 years but have always held an active interest in real estate. My wife is a Real Estate Agent and personally, we've closed on 10 properties in the last 10 years. Some of those we rehabbed while occupying. I'm now interested in learning about the rehab process for investment purposes.

I graduated December of 2015 with a degree in civil engineering and currently work for a construction company as an assistant project manager/superintendent.
