I am a part-time investor with five properties to date. I have three in Mississippi, one in Idaho and one in Oklahoma. The houses are all 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and are currently rented. Right now, none of the properties are cash-flowing, and I am looking for a mentor who can provide some assistance in correcting this situation.
