I have bought homes fixed them and kept them as rentals.I am ready to do something new that is why I am looking into flipping and wholesaling.

I am looking for investors so I can purchase real estate at tax sales and forclosures. I have no experience with purchasing at this point. I do have some construction experience and I am able to increase equity with decreased cost in labor. The types of properties that I am looking for will have instant equity after purchase.
