I am just looking into real estate investing and am trying to learn as much as I can. At 20 years old, I hope to start investing early and use the income from my properties to help aid in my future retirement.
Interested in starting in real estate with my wife (new realtor) and BIL who is experienced in construction for 20+ years. I have a finance background.
I am leaning towards buy and hold but am open. May have an investor available. Am definitely willing to listen and learn!
Have had multiple businesses (Lawn Sprinklers, Laundromats and Home Building) and now I want to get back into investment property but not new homes at this time.
