I am interested in learning more about flipping houses. I am an accountant, so the numbers aspect isn't overwhelming, but making good decisions are important to me.

My experience in investing is a work in progress. I've completed one rehab that probably was a miracle. I didn't know what I was doing and looking back I realize I should have tanked big time. I'm starting fresh with a legit business and looking to do this right this time.

I was a foreclosure paralegal for over twenty years, and then went to work for Chase where I did loan mods for 2-1/2 years. I rolled over my 401k to a self-directed IRS and have bought 2 rental properties with that money.
