I started Real Estate Investing fairly recently. I found a seller and brought a Realtor in to help (and agreed upon being partners on the deal). The realtor was interested in the house for a fix and flip so I waited months so the short sell could be negotiated, etc. However, the realtor ended up not being interested and gave me a week to try...
