Have taken months of real estate courses and looking to get started in real estate immediately. My problem right now is getting funding for my real estate deals.
I mostly do rehabs but I'm also interested in rental property
I currently own one rental, and one 'buy n hold' property, and would like to expand my cash flow.
My name is Jana and I recently attended a 3 day seminar on real estate and have a second 3 day seminar coming up. I'm trying to learn all I can with the hopes of starting a new career.
