Full-time RE investor, focused on the Indy market
Relatively new to the industry, and looking to really jumpstart my move into REI. Currently seeking established mentors both outside of and local to the Indy market as I start the crawl/walk into the market.
I am a real estate investor that is presently focused on multifamily apartments in the Columbus Ohio and Winston-Salem-Greensboro area of North Carolina. I am very interested in B or C class properties that need some value added or have below market rents. A size of 40 to 100 units is what I am currently looking for.
I bought my first two properties as a young twenty something, which I rehabbed while living there and sold both for a healthy profit, but that was about 25 years ago. Since then, I have concentrated more on my full time career, but have always been intrigued by Real Estate and the potential of using it as a wealth building activity.
