Grew up with a Realtor Dad, skating around the neighborhood passing out flyers and notepads for him, doing homework in his office, watching him talk to clients. I see it as a tough business especially in SoCal, but still feel the love! Wanting to own properties for rental, not sure how or even if this is best for my family.
