I'm a life long Alaskan, newly licensed REALTOR. I've been recently listening to the BP podcast, and now I don't have enough time in the day to listen to them all.
For me, real estate is both a passion/hobby, and a pathway to financial security. Despite my significant W-2 job time commitments, I have found the time to do a couple deals in Dayton, OH so far and hope to do more in the future.

I’m currently working on building up my portfolio of properties and own two rental townhomes at this point in time.
