i hope to learn a lot from this site, am still in university, but i'm determined to start my journey to financial freedom... Someone advised i start with financial education, :) so thats what am doing

I’m half genius (IQ>70).
I have done a few fix and flips 15 yrs ago.
I did well, but became a GC and lost focus of my original goals. (I didn’t write my goals down).
I’m getting back into investing, but this time BRRRRrrrr....
I’m looking deals now
I will contract rehabs for the right people.
