I saved and saved from nothing to having a little bit of something. It was a tumultuous ride to get to where I am today, and now is the time for me to put that little bit of savings to work for me.
I am Co-Owner of a real estate investment company, we are fairly new to the wholesaling side as over the past few years we have concentrated on rental properties.
I own GRIT Construction a small residential remodel and repair company. Along with doing renovation work for other investors we also fix and flip properties. We are always on the look out for homes in the Will and Dupage county area of Illinois. Also interested in networking and getting to know other investors, flippers and contractors.
I Came into the US at the age of 13 (already had graduated High School) from DR. Unfortunately (I think) I was unable to start college till the age of 16 due to how young I was. Took over my father's Printing Shop when I was 17 years old and grew the Business from 4 employees (myself included) generating 3 to 4k weekly to 12 employees...
Currently Active Duty Military, at my last base I purchased a deplux, Living in one side and rented the other. My goal is to continue with multi family, meet a mentor and maybe a partner down the road.
Currently living in NYC. I travel to Chicago and California frequently.
