Grew up in Southern California. Owned a construction company based in Los Angeles area for 32 years. Built spec custom homes for 20 years and developed commercial properties. I have lived north of Cabo San Lucas for 9 years. Presently building a 10 suite B and B on the beach in a area called Los Cerritos.
I am a CPA in the Dallas area who invests in Single Family rental homes. As a CPA I have worked with clients in all areas of real estate including developers, flippers, wholesales, buy and hold and may more.
