Part-time novice investor in real estate. Have had one rental property for over 7 years and looking to expand my portfolio. I prefer a buy and hold method for future passive income.

My Paula, Im not yet in the real estate game yet. i have been interested for a long time. Ive been doing my homework on it for awhile. So this year i feel it is time that i jump in. There is never going to be a perfect time. So after a bit more education with those of proven success i will take the leap of faith.
