I am a new real estate investor looking to get more involved in Cincinnati real estate.
Currently full time employed in the air medical industry. Working on scoring my first real estate deal, a single family rental property. In 5 years, would like to have accumulated a total of 15-20 properties with enough CF to have a work-optional lifestyle and spend more time with my wife and son doing philanthropy overseas.
I've been working in real estate investing for the past 10+ years. I started in flipping houses and delinquent tax sales but have made the switch to working in rural vacant land. Hoping to find some like minded individuals to share ideas with and possibly even do a couple deals with.
