I have worked in the mortgage industry in some capacity since 2000. I've held positions as loan processor, loan officer and loan underwriter. I have experience both in due diligence (wholesale) underwriting and front-end underwriting. The thing that surprises me most is I never considered investing in real estate for profit until now....
I'm 57 and have a solid W-2 job with full retirement in 5 years, but looking to bolster my income with real estate investing.
