I am currently in the military in Japan learning the process of the BRRRR method, and purchasing properties to rent for cash flow, I am looking to expand my knowledge and understanding in order to create a real estate portfolio within the metro area of Oklahoma. Outside of my day to day work as an Adoption Specialist, my partner and I have 4 investments. We are still very new, and interested in learning new strategies. We are currently looking for out of state investments and learning to fix and flip.
