We live in southwest Atlanta and currently have 5 investment properties. We lived in 2 rentals previously as owner occupants. We are living in the 3rd house we bought as owner occupants but now that our kids are older (and in school), we can no longer buy as owner occupants and move so often. We are looking for more investment properties...
