I only get a mobil home with its land with a qute clame deed and trying to clear out the title of it by a lawyer. After when i able to sell it, i want to invest the $50 -60.000 in Texas in multy-units or flipping, rehabing and holding.... I wish to know about real estate investing more. I cannot pay at this time more for more informations...
