Retired from the US Army at a rank of MSG, currently working full time with the United States Post Office. I have a masters degree from Oral Roberts University. Recently took a real estate seminar about buying, flipping etc. Looking to get a real estate business going full time. I can retire from the USPS at any time.
I have years of experience in simple carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. I have renovated and upgraded my past home and current home. I'm in the process of a total renovation of a lake property.
