Hello, I'm new to the bigger pockets site. I've been listening/watching the bigger pockets podcast for around 3 years now. I'd like to get out of renting an apartment and get into a owner finance situation or a house hack situation. I feel I may be in way over my head but jumping in and learning on the fly has always been my way.
