Hi, Carita here. I've rehabbed and held 4 properties (with my ex-husband). We've since sold all of them and I am looking to build my own rental portfolio. I also did 1 rehab using hard money and I wouldn't mind doing that kind of a flip again if the opportunity presented itself.
