I got into real estate in Vermont in 1989 during the Savings and Loan crash. I quickly became the third top C21 agent in the state. I started buying rental in 1993 and began doing that full time in 2000. I moved to AZ in 2007 and started buying rental property here and managing for myself and others. I got my license in AZ in 2019.
