Been in buy/hold cash-flow game for a couple of years. LOVE IT!
Completed a couple of flips, but they are not my favorite part of real estate.

My wife and I are recent transplants to Colorado. After getting married in June of 2018 and then moving to across country we decided to set our future up for passive income and decided to jump into real estate investing. We are very interested in BRRRR as well as normal buy and hold investment rental properties.
