I am currently in the process of renting out my first property after doing major renovations. It was the hardest, but most rewarding experience ever! I am a stay-at-home homeschooling mom who has always been interested in real estate. My vision is to invest in a multifamily construction as an owner occupant.
I currently work in the information services. On a daily basis I partner with investment banks and hedge funds to meet their research needs.
I am interested in buying and holding single and multi-family units. I am also interested in the BHRR.
