I owned and operated several branches of the franchise Carlson Wagonlit Travel in Boston for over 20 years. During that time I usually owned at least one investment property. I closed the travel agency and now plan to exclusively invest in rehabbing and flipping properties. I specialize in multi-unit to condo conversions.

Over 9 years of experience as an inventory /materials manager in manufacturing and distribution. Just left the rat race and became a PA licensed real estate agent as a way to learn part of this business.
