hello all! We have been investing since 2016 in the Quad Cities. We currently invest in duplex's and fourplexs, but if the right situation came up, we would look at larger units. Would enjoy talking to like minded individuals who also invest in the Midwest.
Have owned, managed and renovated apartments and houses since the early 80's.
Currently focused on central North Carolina. Added a 15 unit apt project about 3 yrs ago, just finishing a total rehab and doubled rents. Have @ 20 houses rented or in rehab.
Do some flipping and mostly renovate, rent and hold.
