Just finding my way into this new chapter in my life. I've been interested in real estate for a long time and now am in a place in my life to start taking action. So far so good. A positive mental attitude (PMA-ALL THE WAY) and willingness to learn. I know that I can do this. All I need is education and guidance. I'm sure "Bigger Pockets"...
I am well adversed in real estate investment, but i currently have other business ventures that require the majority of my capital. I have dozens of potential deals I just do not have available funds to support moving the projects forward.
