I am just getting started, however I do have a criteria for the acquiring properties. I am looking for properties with 8+ Cap Rate, Cash on Cash Return of 16% and Debt Coverage of at least 1.6.
Experienced developer and new home builder.
Rental property investor: buy, improve, and increase net income for mid to long term ownership.
Fix and flip investor/rehab contractor.
Construction management.
I'm a Kitchen and Bath Designer currently (14 yrs overall) and have worked in other aspects of home improvement for a total of 25 years.
I want to network with other investors and relators to do deals together. To get started in doing double close, and rehab-sell. Just new to this business, and have gone to seminars on the flipping real estate business.
