42 years old. Been in corporate life for 19 years. Had my real estate license 8 years ago, just as a means to learn the business, but didn't practice. At a point now where my wife and I are able to start buying properties. Doing the homework, talking to everyone we can and listening to BP podcasts in an attempt to formulate a plan.
