I am a full time accountant and real estate investor with over 30 doors. I love to drive fast cars and attend car meetups/networking events. I usually like to use BRRRR strategy and hold long term cash flowing rentals. I invest mainly in the Toronto and Windsor market.
Determine to learn and absorb all and any knowledge that is to be offered. I take time out of my day to study and calculate real estate properties to better prepare myself. I tend to include backup plans for many of my decisions, as you can only fall so far back until you hit a breaking point.
Buy and hold investor looking to actively increase my door count this year through the BRRR method.
