I just retired from college coaching and have partnered with a friend to invest in real estate. We currently own 4 properties but plan to dedicate much more time to expanding the business moving forward. I'm trying to educate myself as much as possible, as well as create a good network of knowledgeable people in the industry.
I am a novice RE INvestor, working with a community in the greater Phoenix area. My partner and I have carved out a niche and want to excel in that area.

I am currently working on getting my real estate license but I wish to do flipping in conjunction with sales
