Professionally I am a partner & dev at a Phoenix-based software development consultancy. I've dabbled a bit into real estate investing with SFH & STR rentals. I also got my RE license for personal use. Currently exploring options to expand into small multi-families or more STRs in the Phoenix East Valley.
