I have no real estate experience whatsoever apart from owning my own $1MM home. As a salesman I've generated many millions selling advertising and sponsorship, in the UK, which have mostly ended up in my bosses' pockets, I believe I can sell anything. I am not a real estate investor but every property I have purchased and improved, I have resold for nearly double the original price, I have not done this as an investment strategy but simply by being aware of property values and having the patience to look for many months for just the right house.
