We are aspiring real estate investors. Currently my Husband and I both work full time jobs in South Florida.
I currently live and have a handful of long term rentals in Lubbock TX. Earlier this year I bought my first short term rental in Ruidoso NM. The past several months I have decided that I wanted to scale and grow my portfolio much faster than I had previously wanted or thought I could.
i own a couple of properties. I used to work for an investor ; several years. i have done a little bit of investing (rehabs and flips), I've been a RE agent, did some short sales.
I have a mix of long term and short term rental properties. We use our primary residence as live-in flips as well.
