I have a house that I desperately want. I came from a very large very poor military family and have worked hard all my life, am a veteran my self, have educated my self ( 3 masters and begin 4th in the fall) as an archive and preservationist.
I have 4 children 4 grand children all providing service to this country(not the grand children...
Re-habs and new construction. I am hands on, and have made (and lost) a lot of money in this business. It's simple in theorey and not as easy as some make it sound, but a good feel for your market, persistance, and some common sense can pay off big.
I am just starting out in Real Estate and have some specific goals to meet financially. I am confident that I can reach these goals using Real Estate Investing as the appropriate vehicle. I also enjoy Real Estate, but want to get started and begin to see Bigger Profits in my experience.
