Aspiring Real Estate investor who's almost saved enough for a down payment on first property.
My uncle has about 50 properties in section 8 market of Philadelphia.
I might be moving to the Denver CO area in the next 2 months for work, so my ideal first investment would be a House Hack in Denver!
