I have spent the last 9 years in the residential construction & remodeling industry. I am available for consulting on repair projects. I am interested in building my own portfolio of rental properties.
I am an Italian Citizen and I just moved to NYC. I have been working for more than 20 years in the real estate field, specialized in luxury residential. I carried out projects in Italy, Eastern Europe, Emirates and this is my first foray in the United States.
I'm 24 years old. I will buy my first house by 25. I will have three by 26, six by 27, I will be a millionaire by 28.
I'm a completely newbie to this. Just educating myself as much as I can in the real estate investing business. Looking forward to learn and start a new path of business. I am in my late 20's and want a life chance and a chance to generate more income.
