30 yrs old in Kalamazoo Michigan. During the day I am the automotive sales business. We bought our first duplex in June 2015 (house hacked FHA loan). Bought 3 houses at end of 2018, bought one house in 2019, and bought 4 (5 units since one is duplex) houses so far in 2020.
We currently own 8 rentals, 10 units total all in Kalamazoo area...
