I am currently a real estate broker in the Tampa area. I work for a large outfit that renovates and rents properties. I owned a few rentals and I am looking to start renovating homes to flip.

My real estate investing history is long and profitiable. I invested in properties, as early as the 80's, mainly as a place to promote my business. Buying, holding on to for a number of years and selling has been great. I am now retired and looking for income producing properties.
