My name is Darrian Owens and I currently work full time for a insurance company. I have a B.S degree in finance and I want too start a new career path in real estate investing.
In the medical field for 15 years but I've always had a curiosity for everything real estate. That curiosity has finally won me over as I am moving forward with this career move.

I’m working my goal towards 20 rentals in the next 3 years. I live in SoCal, but primarily invest in Shreveport, LA (where I’m from). I’m also looking at Dallas and OKC just because I’ve got family in those cities.
Currently I’m working in the medical device field. I’ve been reading and listening to podcast on REI for a couple years now. With my goal of becoming financially free.
I am new to the area with no real estate under my belt at the moment. Looking to get started with some buy and hold units within the near future.
