have about 20 property's but not maximumising them because I try to do all the work myself so property sits vacant waiting for me to get top them.

I have owned several primary homes and am currently renting a townhome valued at $250k, while renting an apartment. I am able to do all types or remolding, plumbing, electrical, framing and drywall.
