11 yr residential Realtor looking to build retirement portfolio with Real Estate Investments. My creative nature is intrigued with flipping renovation projects. I also have a two staging designations and love the challenge of "making it pretty again".

I became interested in real estate 17 years ago when I, a single women, built my home. I had a general contractor overseeing my home, but I did the subbing and some of the work myself. So, my desire grew from a person that did not know a hammer to learning to put up framing walls, laying floors, installing carpet.
